If you need immediate support and our phone lines or instant message is busy, you can try contacting Samaritans, who offer a 24-hour listening service at 116 123.
If you’re having a student welfare emergency and would like to speak to someone face-to-face, you can try the University Security and Response team on 01334 46 8999.
